Commercial exhibitors are broken down into two categories: Basic or Expanded.
Basic Commercial Exhibitors are provided a 10’ x 10’ space and One (1) 110v power outlet for $575 for the entire 3-day event. Need more space? No problem, we can accommodate most vendor size requests.
Expanded Commercial Exhibitors is a larger area for larger corporations or those businesses that just require more space or have special needs. Expanded Commercial Exhibitors pricing can vary. A Festival representative can assist you to determine your specific business needs. Email us today at vendors@murcoproductions.com to discuss custom footprint.
To apply, submit the completed online application (see register button below). All form fields are required. If not applicable, enter N/A. Upon acceptance you will receive an invoice with payment instructions by email. Vendor fee may be paid online (plus a $10 service fee) OR by mailing a check/money order. All participating vendors must provide proof of insurance (no exceptions). Information about insurance requirements will be emailed with confirmation of acceptance.
Note: The Festival is no longer able to assist in the rental of items other than electrical. The following items will be up to you to acquire; canopy, lighting, tables, chairs, banner poles, flooring, etc are NOT included in commercial vendor fee, The fee is for the space and basic power only. Additional electricity may be ordered with your registration or notify the Festival no later than June 1. Electrical types and costs are outlined in the registration form. Power may be up to 25 feet away from your location, and we do not have extension cords onsite. The Festival is open until 11pm (evenings are our busiest) and vendors are required to stay open until event closes. If the customers can't see your products - they can't buy it.
